Helena was always Agent Triple P's favourite amongst the nineties supermodels. She has a vulnerable quality to her face missing from the more assertive looking Cindy Crawford, Linda Evangelista, Naomi Campbell et al. The term "supermodel" is largely devalued today; the press use it for any model who is vaguely famous and the fame seems to be based on which famous person they are going out with rather than their own profile as a model.
This is our favourite picture of Helena and it's been our wallpaper for the past week. Photographs of women such as this tend to show their bodies looking hard and shiny yet this one is lit to show her looking soft and pliant. You can almost feel the flesh of the curves of her stomach with your hand. A real body, an exceptional one, but a real one!
